HighAdvocacy is a customer advocacy platform for B2B SaaS teams. It helps teams collect customer reviews, social posts, and written or video testimonials through a single workflow, replacing email-based outreach and spreadsheet tracking.

Teams can create campaigns for review sites including G2, Capterra, Trustpilot, and Google, as well as LinkedIn and X posts, text testimonials, and video testimonials. Campaigns can be shared through an embedded widget or hosted webpage and triggered after customer milestones, positive NPS responses, renewals, or other configured events. Customers receive AI-assisted drafts, then submit a link, screenshot, or testimonial through the campaign flow.

Submissions enter a shared approval queue with their platform context and supporting proof. Teams can review, approve, reject, or request changes before a reward is released. Approved items are stored in a searchable Proof Library, where sales and marketing teams can filter assets by type, campaign, and recency for reuse in sales materials, landing pages, and marketing content.

HighAdvocacy supports configurable rewards and notifications. Approved submissions can trigger reward delivery through webhooks, and teams can receive email and Slack notifications as submissions, approvals, and rewards progress. The platform also offers AI verification for reviews; organizations remain responsible for ensuring that incentive programs and disclosures comply with the policies of each review platform.

HighAdvocacy is cloud-based and available through self-service plans. Starter begins at $24 per month when billed annually for up to 500 advocates, while Professional begins at $79 per month when billed annually and can scale to 100,000 advocates. Paid plans include REST API access, Zapier and n8n integrations, and custom-domain support; custom plans are available for agency and enterprise requirements.
