Use Cases and Deployment Scope

My company founders listens and encourage the employees to listen to webinars about interesting topics, be it AI, Web 3, Machine learning or any vast amount of latest topics, they are available on this platform for consumption. They have a variety of learned people, software engineering, college professors, Tech heads hosting these webinars for everyone to listen and gain knowledge.

  • Knowledge on latest topics
  • In depth knowledge of a particular topic
  • Wide majority of learned people

Cons

  • The video quality gets terrible on low internet connectivity
  • The UI could be better
  • Other minor lag and bugs on the platform

Likelihood to Recommend

It is well suited when you do not care much about the UI and have a great internet connection and you need a wide variety of content on a wide number of topics provided by high value CEOs, Tech heads and entrepreneurs. Be ready, though, to face some minor bugs and small lag issues and bad video quality on low internet bandwidth

We have been using Hubilo for all the digital events such as Webinars, our flagship events known as Real Time Engagement (RTE) Summit. The main objectives of these event are to promote thought leadership content, enhance audience engagement, and increase attendance rate which will eventually lead to more qualified marketing leads and opportunities. We wanted a platform that provide seamless experience during the live event, have integration with Salesforce/Marketo, have lots of engaging features such as polls, quizzes, raise hand, and more. Additionally, we wanted to reuse the interesting clippings from the events for social media promotion to boost followers engagement.

Pros

  • By using Webinar+, Agora got content to market 8x faster while increasing attendance by 50% and watch time by 15%.
  • The implementation of the Snackable Content Hub not only streamlined the post webinar content creation process but also saved valuable time, contributing to a significant boost in overall productivity.

Great platform for engaging and user-friendly webinars

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Hubilo as a webinar platform within our Marketing team. We were looking for something that was user friendly, offered branding capabilities and could be utilised not only within the Marketing team, but also throughout the business. Having a way to integrate with the CRM was also important here and Hubilo has hit the mark on all fronts. We've been able to track sign ups, we're looking at CRM integration, and the experience has been miles better for not only us as the organisers but also for the attendees.

Likelihood to Recommend

Product demonstrations and customer-facing presentations have been where we've used Hubilo mostly. It's been absolutely brilliant for these aspects and other teams have also commented on how easy it is to use for them to reach out to potential customers. External speakers have noted how good the platform looks and that it makes things easier for them when it comes to presenting.

Hubilo offers outstanding value. It is a great AI-powered webinar/conference platform. We were looking for a new solution that provided quick integration and great engagement tools during live events. After hosted several events on Hubilo, I am very pleased with their quality and customer support. We also greatly enhanced our post-event activities with their auto-generated Content Hub, which allowed us to quickly produce blogs, video snippets, transcripts and social posts.

Hubilo brought our webinar experience into the 21st century

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Last year we organized a hybrid event for the first time, and while searching for a software solution we came across Hubilo. The project was a complete success, so we also tested whether we should use the software for webinars in general. We have now made the decision to cancel our “old” webinar software and switch to Hubilo globally. The tool offers us great tracking options and has excellent integration with HubSpot, our sales and marketing CRM.

Likelihood to Recommend

It's great for anything where you need detailed tracking or want to further qualify contacts. I wouldn't use it for internal online events because the stream only works if every user logs in.

We're using Hubilo to organise our webinars from A to Z. It is a comprehensive webinar management platform that allows companies to have 100% control over the process and data. It is very intuitive and easy to use.

  • The content hub can be further developed, for now it is very AI-like

Definitely great tool to organise company webinars. For personal brands, it might be a bit expensive. But for companies that are driving a lot of lead generation through webinars, it is a good fit.

We used Hubilo for our annual conference of members within our professional organization in lieu of an in-person event. It was our first time doing an virtual conference. It was also a very quick turn-around from when we decided to hold the virtual event until the actual event date (aprox 120 days). We needed not only a platform that was easy to use for our attendees but for those setting it up.

Pros

  • Very great customer support from end to end, including during the event.
  • Pricing is straight forward and very good value.
  • End users found the platform easy to navigate and engage with.

Cons

  • At the time, not all sessions had the option to record....I believe they have addressed.
  • At the time, connecting registration to platform login seemed a bit unwieldy...but I believe they have addressed.

Likelihood to Recommend

I believe for the first time user with a small group of people setting up an event, [the Hubilo] platform and the support you receive from their team is wonderful. We really had 3 people doing most of the set up and had we not had our own self-imposed short period of time, would have found it very easy. Even with a short turn around from the time we signed the contract to the time we went live (1 week), we felt very happy with the end product.

I used Hubilo to host the organization's virtual annual conference after the pandemic forced us to move from an in-person event to a digital event.

Pros

  • The entire virtual platform is very user friendly on both the front and back ends.
  • The opportunity for attendees to connect with each other via video chat using the Lounges made for good interaction.
  • The support staff at Hubilo were always there to answer questions and assist when needed.

Cons

  • Having a place for pre-recorded sessions would be great.

If you are planning a virtual conference, I can't recommend Hubilo enough.

We have used Hubilo to host a series of virtual conferences - facilitating networking among delegates and providing sponsors with opportunities to connect directly with the attendees. The platform allows us to broadcast our Zoom streams live, as well as providing the delegates with the opportunity to re watch old broadcasts and download the presenters slides.

  • Looks professional.
  • Sponsors booths give great exposure.
  • Good communication from their support team.

Cons

  • Polls can be ignored by attendees.
  • Limited integrations, no Zapier.
  • Refunding tickets can’t be self managed.

Likelihood to Recommend

Perfect for replicating a virtual conference - sponsor booths and delegate networking all easy and looks good.
