Great platform although hard to implement because of product issues

I believe the IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation(CP4BA) platform is suitable for companies having a shared vision of digital transformation between all the areas, this will assure having complete workflow interactions and enough data volume to make the most of this solution. Like other software solutions, this will work for your organization but the question is "the added value for business area of this solution, justifies the complexity and costs of implementation?". I think IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation is well suited for cases where the processes are not changing fast, because you make the most of the platform with the integrations of the workflows with other systems and the data you collect. The best scenario is when your processes have reached a mature level like in Bank or Insurance companies, when you optimize the process but is not changing frequently.
