Use Cases and Deployment Scope

In our company we have implemented IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation(CP4BA) to optimize the way our workflows are being executed and to make more efficient the interaction or dependencies between them. Using Cloud Pak for the document management has helped us to achieve a real positive impact to core business areas and define the path for our next steps. We focused on create workflows for the support processes of the core business processes, this way we use efficiently everyone's time.

I believe the IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation(CP4BA) platform is suitable for companies having a shared vision of digital transformation between all the areas, this will assure having complete workflow interactions and enough data volume to make the most of this solution. Like other software solutions, this will work for your organization but the question is "the added value for business area of this solution, justifies the complexity and costs of implementation?". I think IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation is well suited for cases where the processes are not changing fast, because you make the most of the platform with the integrations of the workflows with other systems and the data you collect. The best scenario is when your processes have reached a mature level like in Bank or Insurance companies, when you optimize the process but is not changing frequently.
