Use of the software plays a critical role by ensuring all our systems are healthy and fit for extensive performance.

  • Software pricing model is not flexible. I feel like the software has been developed to provide services for well established organisations and businesses.

I am a network infrastructure engineer and my work is to ensure optimum network performance in our organisation. I use IBM SevOne software to monitor performance and general health of our IT systems, detect performance issues across-the-board our network infrastructures and prevent down times which may lead to interruption of services. The software makes it so easy for me to identify root causes of anomalies and enhance repairs. Use of the product has also ensured real-time visibility into our network performance and eliminated network management repetitive tasks and processes.
