Save money on overnight shipping costs, and it is more practical to use iFax services than purchasing a fax machine myself and paying for a dedicated fax line.
When working with someone that requires a hard copy of documents on their end vs a digital copy, iFax is a great resource to quicky get them what they are requesting. If the other party is okay with digital copies or there is no urgency in time fame for receiving the documents, then just scanning and emailing documents or using a currier service would be the appropriate channel I would use.
