Overall Satisfaction with iFax
iFax has been very helpful in eliminating wait times and gaps in communication with other providers and insurance companies to help ensure access to care for my patients. My occupational therapy clinic uses the HIPAA compliant fax features to send and receive orders, medical records, and other health information needed to provide therapy services.

- The ability to label and organize faxes in one place.
- I would like to see a better price package that caters to small clinics.
- The clarity of uploaded logo images is not the best and improvement is needed to promote a more professional look.
- I am not aware of any referral offers for small business that refer other clinics to use the product, which would be helpful to all parties.

I researched both eFax and iFax, but ultimately went with the iFax company. The level of technical support and the efficiency of the sales team impressed me and really helped make my overall decision. I want a product that is powered by real people that I can easily talk to and will respond in a timely manner.
