We are using it to store our vendors, sites, incidents, and information related to HR as well. The problem we were facing before was the ability to integrate with other systems together. Currently we are integrating it with Boomi, Azure Blobs, and Snowflake. We are picking data stored in the IFS Cloud and build reports out of it. We send data to clients on a regular basis so that they can business decisions on top of it.

Likelihood to Recommend

Well Suited - If the pricing and the time is concern for the business they can rely on the IFS capabilities.

Less Appropriate - Even though they migrate really fast, the technical team struggles to find the fields and the mapping between API responses and UI field names. They store data into called Projections.

Likelihood to Recommend

If anybody wants to use a centralised system to manage all the HR / Vendor etc. data, IFS cloud is a good solution for it as it's well suited to consolidate the scattered data. We find a really good choice to keep our records always up to date and consistent.

Likelihood to Recommend

IFS Cloud is well suited to medium to large scale enterprises. In my experience. Key to IFS Cloud implementation is to have the alignment of business processes to stick to standard solution at maximum. The scenario that requires to customize the standard solution is less appropriate in terms of IFS Cloud adaptation.

I am using IFS Cloud in my organization to consult and support the industrial companies and their who use IFS Cloud as their Asset Management solution. To implement their project-based manufacturing business process, certain modules in IFS Cloud were implemented, and mapped with the processes. The use case mainly was the manufacturing, procurement, selling and maintaining of asset-type products.

Likelihood to Recommend

Being IFS Cloud a web-based interface/client and Cloud-based database, the performance seems to be strong, and the IT and infrastructure resources needed is less. Also, with IFS Cloud, customer have different choices of implementing/installing the product such as IFS-managed cloud, Customer-managed cloud and Customer-managed on-premise implementation, which can be selected based on customer's preference and needs.

It helps us to organize our work in a very systematic way and create a smooth workflow of work efficiency which helps to boost our productivity. It helps us to keep track of each and every section of the organization keeps a record of everything involved from beginning to last. It decrease our work flow and increase our productivity.

The IFS Cloud has well suited to keeping track from beginning to end and engages from the internal team to the external team very well. It takes everything with them and helps them to grow at a wide pace. It creates a systematic workflow process which helps in achieving the goal more fast and friendly environment.
