We use Indeed for all of our hiring and it works just great. I wish there was a discount for non profits posting jobs because 250 for a one week job post is very expensive.
Pros
spreading the word
i really like the urgently hiring label
Cons
price for non profits to be discounted
bring back the assessments but without the two levels, bring back the scale
Likelihood to Recommend
I really like the assessment tools that indeed provides, it really helps to move candidates easily through the hiring
We use Indeed Hiring as our main recruiting tool. We post our jobs and have the paid sponsorship which allows us to look at resumes / invite those to apply. The main problem we see, is that applicants often use the "quick apply" button without really looking at the job posting to see if it is a role they are actually interested in.
Pros
Lots of candidates use Indeed
Notifications
Automations
Cons
Remove "quick apply"
Screening question options without paying more.
Likelihood to Recommend
Indeed is well suited for most companies, since they are such a large platform with so many candidates using it for a variety of roles / fields.
I use the Indeed Hiring Platform to fill my rotating door positions that I constantly need qualified licensed applicants for. This is the case for many recruiters who have somewhat of a revolving door on particular positions. I also attempt to use this platform for my harder to fill positions.
Pros
constant flow of applicants
ease of application
all in one platform
Cons
capturing qualified applicants
eliminating applicants who are not qualified
better options to sort applicants

I would recommend this product because it is the sole reason I am able to keep applicants in my pool for Pharmacy Technicians. It pulls in high numbers and refreshes monthly, bringing my listing to the top of each search engine. It does not help much with my specialized roles, but makes up for it in other ways.
Again, Indeed is the leader when it comes to hourly and salary staffing. From all the positions at our dealerships, Indeed helps us staff most of the positions we need to fulfill. Overall, they offer a great product and at a competitive rate. It is worth trying to see if it will work for your company.
I have used much better hiring platforms. I think that indeed is lacking in most of those functions. There are no interview questions. No pre-screens. You cannot upload documents through it. You are unable to text or email in Indeed. I just feel for the cost you're better off going elsewhere.
I mainly used indeed for hiring purposes. Whenever we got the requirement from the our client we will posted over the indeed. We can get the good number of submission and we will shortlist as per requirement and submit
Pros
Hiring
Interviewing
Job application
Cons
Resume parsing system for shortlisting
Low price resume database
Local candidates availability
Likelihood to Recommend
I strongly recommend indeed for recruitment companies where they have a good number of hiring. Indeed has a good platform to shortlist the resume accordingly.
