- Provided easy to use links for advertising outside the platform.
- Sent daily sign up updates.
- Periodic check-ins from the Indeed team to make sure everything was working correctly.
- Allow users to make manual updates to attendance after the event.
- Have a more robust system to allow users to link more than one event together in one project.
- Gives us a lot of candidates to choose from.
- Easier to gauge fit in person.
I have been to and coordinated many hiring events and job fairs over the years; this is the most efficient funnel I've been able to find. Over the course of 3 events, we interviewed over 200 people and made 65 hires, exceeding our goal.
