Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use the Indeed Hiring Platform to fill my rotating door positions that I constantly need qualified licensed applicants for. This is the case for many recruiters who have somewhat of a revolving door on particular positions. I also attempt to use this platform for my harder to fill positions.

Usability

The Indeed Hiring Platform is incredibly easy to use. I have no issues in navigating the platform. I know where all my new, old, and "dispositioned" candidates are. There is no guess work, which allows me to focus on other tasks. It can handle multiple positions, which you can easily filter.

I would recommend this product because it is the sole reason I am able to keep applicants in my pool for Pharmacy Technicians. It pulls in high numbers and refreshes monthly, bringing my listing to the top of each search engine. It does not help much with my specialized roles, but makes up for it in other ways.
