We have used INFUSE for lead generation and media content syndication for both new and existing business. INFUSE allows us to reach our target market segment and serve relevant content and thought leadership. INFUSE also tiers leads based on our criteria which means we can create automations and personalised journeys for these leads.

I can only speak to my industry, but it’s great if you’re looking for new contacts in particular demographics, industries or sectors. It can also identify who may be in market for your product or service. They are good and building campaigns in a flexible way to suit your goals and budget

We use Infuse to promote our content to relevant audiences in our target account lists, thereby generating new leads. They provide an additional channel to help us reach individuals we wouldn't otherwise be able to contact, and also help us acquire new contacts from our target account lists.

Pros

  • Tracking/monitoring leads is super easy and in-depth through their Demand Accelerator portal.
  • Customer experience and support is top tier. The team is always trying to understand how they can best support us and our goals.
  • Providing high-quality leads that are aligned with our target personas.

Cons

  • I think having more pivot-table-esque features in Demand Accelerator would be super helpful so we can slice and dice within the platform (and not have to export to Excel for deeper analysis).

INFUSE is an integral part of our content syndication process. We like to collect leads. We've run a range of campaigns, including competitive, display, high-intent, and solution-based ads, among others. Mainly, the use case is content syndication for US English Global, and limited use cases for localized high velocity assets primarily for German (DE) and French (FR).

Pros

  • The communication is very comprehensive. I absolutely love the check-ins and personalization on how we can work better together.
  • I really appreciate the quarterly reviews.
  • Sending test leads and organizing them in spreadsheets.

Cons

  • I think providing a quarterly highlights document would be particularly helpful without asking. We ask every quarter and it creates a bit of a bottleneck for us.
  • Communication via email can get exhausting. Can we explore having a joint Slack channel for collaboration?

Likelihood to Recommend

Infuse is amazing for content syndication. Personally, I work less on the high intent and paid display ads with Infuse, so I can't speak to it too much.

I would highly recommend Infuse - they are great communicators and a partner I trust to work with. They are easy to work with and always helpful in providing us with campaign recommendations and advice on how best to manage an MQL campaign. We feel very lucky to be working with them!

We use Infuse for MQL generation and delivery. They provide us with high-quality leads on a campaign-by-campaign basis. Without Infuse, we wouldn't be able to deliver our clients such high-quality leads and provide campaign optimisation throughout. They also provide additional context and advice on client briefs, offering useful feedback on audience targeting that can be shared with our clients to help win the business.

  • Larger reach in more niche demographics.
  • Being more open to turning down campaigns if they don't think it best matches their specialities.
  • Having a breakdown of all the MQL options they offer (single touch, double touch, nurture, etc) with explanations of the process for each that could be shared with clients.

Pegasystems uses INFUSE for content syndication. In 2025 we were tasked with driving contact details for our target orgs across the globe, so finding great partners to help us do that is crucial. Our APAC peers have also been using INFUSE for a few years and have had great success. This is key for our strategy because we have had ongoing trouble driving performance from other partners for APAC orgs and regions.

Pros

  • We've seen the double-touch targeting work extremely well for brand recognition when leads are reached out to.
  • We've seen the titles collected be extremely impressive. Following closely to our persona targeting.
  • The INFUSE team is also very great with feedback - jumping into action to optimize as soon as requested.

Cons

  • Self Service creation of ads
  • Web Analytics + Revenue details in dashboard
  • API connection so leads seamlessly flow into our CRM

Likelihood to Recommend

The double-touch program type allows for better conversations between our Sales teams and leads. I think this is key when you are looking for extra qualifications for leads. If you are looking for "colder" leads then double-touch wouldn't necessarily be the best tactic but still think INFUSE could be used.

INFUSE is a solid choice for Lead Gen campaigns.

I have used INFUSE for two separate clients now who are focused on lead generation within very niche target audiences. These were both national campaigns wanting over 400+ leads for their sales teams.

Pros

  • They provide high-quality leads!
  • They excel at creative turn times, usually only taking 48hrs at the most.
  • They often ask for feedback as they strive to improve.
  • Their reporting is normally top-notch with their demand accelerator.
  • They're great at finding and providing case studies, as well as creative examples.

Cons

  • There is room for improvement in communication between teams.
  • I would love to see RFP proposals come over in a more friendly format (Excel or PP). Also, in greater detail and variety than what has been presented in the past.
  • They struggle at times with client-facing meetings, often trying to upsell services or focus conversations on creative only.

Likelihood to Recommend

INFUSE is well suited for lead generating campaigns. They excel at producing content and driving qualified traffic to gated content pieces. They have strong nurture programs and the ability to integrate with your CRM system.

I've worked with INFUSE in a couple of my marketing roles. Their services are great for contact generation when sales and marketing teams have a clear goal of which companies and job personas they want to target. The best part is that all contacts come with double opt-in, making them ready for further marketing, sales qualification, and nurturing. The INFUSE team I've worked with in my recent role is responsive, creative, and professional!

  • In the past, we have seen mixed results when we would receive two or three different email addresses for the same contact. But that was over five years ago.

We use Infuse to increase our brand awareness in the United States of America, so we generate a brand awareness campaign with some good documents, and after that, we start a Demand Generation Campaign to increase the leads for our business. We start with 180 mql, and now we will do another campaign on the other 400 mql.
