Overall Satisfaction with INFUSE
I've worked with INFUSE in a couple of my marketing roles. Their services are great for contact generation when sales and marketing teams have a clear goal of which companies and job personas they want to target. The best part is that all contacts come with double opt-in, making them ready for further marketing, sales qualification, and nurturing. The INFUSE team I've worked with in my recent role is responsive, creative, and professional!
Pros
- Delivering new targeted contacts.
- With double opt-in.
- Creative, responsive, professional.
Cons
- In the past, we have seen mixed results when we would receive two or three different email addresses for the same contact. But that was over five years ago.
- We've added over 200 new contacts across three campaigns. These are now being qualified and nurtured for new business opportunities.
- CPL is high compared to in-house database research teams.
