Overall Satisfaction with INFUSE

Pegasystems uses INFUSE for content syndication. In 2025 we were tasked with driving contact details for our target orgs across the globe, so finding great partners to help us do that is crucial. Our APAC peers have also been using INFUSE for a few years and have had great success. This is key for our strategy because we have had ongoing trouble driving performance from other partners for APAC orgs and regions.

Pros

  • We've seen the double-touch targeting work extremely well for brand recognition when leads are reached out to.
  • We've seen the titles collected be extremely impressive. Following closely to our persona targeting.
  • The INFUSE team is also very great with feedback - jumping into action to optimize as soon as requested.

Cons

  • Self Service creation of ads
  • Web Analytics + Revenue details in dashboard
  • API connection so leads seamlessly flow into our CRM
  • CPL is very competitive compared to other platforms we use. We are very happy with the cost efficiency.
  • We've seen great quality from titles, and Sales conversations with leads.
  • Quanity of leads has grown considerably - esp in APAC - they seem to have great partners in that region.
INFUSE works with us the best they can to have quick turnarounds - right now we upload our leads manually. In the future it would be of interest to explore API connections but would need to understand how that process would work.
Madison Logic has performed very well for us across EMEA and NA but was a struggle in APAC based on behaviors, organization reach, etc. INFUSE helped with this. INFUSE also has much better user interface and more attractive previews for ads.

The double-touch program type allows for better conversations between our Sales teams and leads. I think this is key when you are looking for extra qualifications for leads. If you are looking for "colder" leads then double-touch wouldn't necessarily be the best tactic but still think INFUSE could be used.
