JobDiva is our hub for all TA activity, as well as onboarding documents, and in some cases time entry. It has a wonderful amount of reporting options, easy to use interface, and typically runs at a high speed. It's very easy to collaborate as a team through JobDiva and is far better than any of its competitors that I've ever used.

JobDiva does everything you want out of an ATS. We use it for providing and completing onboarding documents, performance reviews, candidate interview scheduling, business development, metrics reporting, and more. Being able to enter notes both by typing and by text is a game changer. I'd also add, that the ability to integrate job boards into one cohesive system is important.

I use JobDiva on a daily basis to record my client and candidate activity. This is a must-have tool for my position for tracking and reporting purposes. It is also very powerful in finding candidates with specific skills.
We utilize JobDiva as our primary ATS, focusing on recruiting as a business focusing on the health industry. We use JobDiva to build jobs, house our candidates and client information, and keep track of all documents that our candidates provide us along the way. We also take advantage of their outreach applications such as DivaReach and DivaBuzz; both of which are very useful to what we do on a daily basis. We keep track of the progress of candidates when they are accepted and going through credentialing and processing. We also utilize this to communicate to our candidates if we're missing anything and even reach out to them to wish them happy birthday!

The functionality the platform holds is top-notch where I can house details regarding contact information, requested rates, what jobs we're submitting them to, and all the personal information (CV, certifications, degrees, etc) that we obtain from our candidates. It's extremely helpful that I am able to submit candidates externally as that is our M.O. routinely. I really like it.
We moved to JobDiva from an old custom-built program that was very slow and limited. JobDiva has been a great improvement and has allowed us to start building out new features, and create an easier platform for our candidates to use. We currently use the ATS but have talked about trying out their CRM and task management features as well.

We have been working with JobDiva for about a year and my team loves the new ATS. We do sometimes run into areas we need help with, but the customer service team is always fast and friendly. I can reach out to my PM at any time and if she is out for any reason, their team will jump in to help. No software is perfect, they are always changing and evolving. The part that matters is how open their team is to jumping in and helping you when needed.

I use JobDiva for onboarding and employee record keeping pertaining to assignments, pay and bill records, and document organization. I also use the timekeeping function for some employees. We also use the recruiting functions for other teams. JobDiva has helped us to greatly improve the speed of our onboarding process as well as retain better more organized records.

To find candidates in all over the US, I have the resume or candidates pool as the one place where I can check their resumes and reach out to them accordingly. Also, the email merge feature is where I can share an email with many candidates and they can go through the job description accordingly and if they are interested, they can reply back to me.
JobDiva is the center of our entire workflow. We use JobDiva to build company profiles, add jobs, recruit for those jobs, onboard, do timesheet collection, monitor applicants and current employees, and hopefully invoice in the future. The system is super easy to use and always expanding. I love learning about more ways JobDiva helps solve every problem.
