The main problem for us is to view data at one place. The ability to see data mashed up from different systems and viewed on a single dashboard is the key area where Klipfolio comes in.

I would really only advise people to use this if they are using lots of numbers or data and have to present that data to a client, coworkers, or higher-ups. Graphics are interesting enough but creating an easier and less data-intensive program would help me recommend to others. Otherwise using something like Google Charts or Google Analytics would work better in most cases.

Later the dashboards were also implemented in the manufacturing department to show how they performed and to create enthusiasm for the employees. Generally, Klipfolio helped us to be more data-driven and to visualize the data with nice graphics.

Klipfolio is a really great software solution for small companies or even larger companies not using Microsoft or other tools. Klipfolio offers very nice visualizations and it's easy for most users that are experienced with Excel to set up the BI dashboards. If you are not skilled in Excel this could be difficult to get started with.

It was easy to use, intuitive and we were able to create good-looking dashboard in a short span of time and the business users are happy with the dashboard and the decision to go with Klipfolio.

It is simple and easy to connect to data and create dashboards which look good. Do not recommend for scenarios where high customizations are required. There is a steep learning curve but once you get around the initial learning phase, you can get the most out of it. Mobile app support is good and we plan to develop more dashboards using Klipfolio in future.
