A single spot for all our company's vital data saves time and effort, and we've found Klipfolio to be an excellent choice for this purpose. Our time is saved by being able to monitor data and analytics from a variety of sources on a single platform. In both organic and paid search marketing strategies, it has a big impact.

Pros

Creating complex dashboards to monitor many metrics throughout your whole metrics collection is absurdly simple.
With a “plug-and-play” system, almost any integration is conceivable without requiring any coding at all.
Klipfolio comes with a variety of dashboard templates that can be used as a starting point for your creations.

Cons

In certain cases, instructional materials are out of date and don't correlate to the most current product available.
Some technical knowledge is required to move beyond the pre-built klips and connectors.

Any company that wants to monitor dashboards and simply shares them with others would benefit from this feature. Your company's identity can be reflected in the design and exhibited on a television screen. The BI tool for sales and marketing has been aided by

Klipfolio. Keeping our staff and potential clients informed has been

beneficial. We were able to create panels and display them on the TVs in our

offices with the help of this platform. Everyone was amazed at how far we had

progressed in such a short period. That they were able to procure this piece of

software makes the marketing department quite delighted. They were able to

maintain total command and refine their methods and technology as a result.

All my reporting requirements have been met.
Salesforce, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Drive, and other business applications are quite easy to integrate with.
The information you need is at your fingertips in a matter of seconds.
Whenever I have a question, the customer service is always there to answer it.

Cons

Many attempts must be made until the graphs perform as desired.
It can be difficult to learn how to build and fix APIs if you don't already have the know-how.
Permissions and roles are set up in a convoluted manner that makes no sense.

Klipfolio is well suited for cases where users need dashboards that look visually appealing and want to go live quickly, Klipfolio should be one of the top choices. The main problem for us is to view data at one place. The ability to see data mashed up from different systems and viewed on a single dashboard is the key area where Klipfolio comes in.

We use Klipfolio for creating visual metrics for presentations and visualizations for sales consulting. We often use the program to show off number-heavy and dry data in more colorful and interesting presentations. Coworkers and clients are both captivated with the graphics and it is easier to keep their attention. Large numbers can often get lost and the visuals help a ton to understand the scale of things.

I think the UI is well done but organizing the tabs and settings could help
Importing additional types of data would save a ton of time. The click-and-drag function is the best.

I would really only advise people to use this if they are using lots of numbers or data and have to present that data to a client, coworkers, or higher-ups. Graphics are interesting enough but creating an easier and less data-intensive program would help me recommend to others. Otherwise using something like Google Charts or Google Analytics would work better in most cases.

Klipfolio was implemented first at the sales department to show performance indicators and how the sales department performed at specific sectors and segments. Later the dashboards were also implemented in the manufacturing department to show how they performed and to create enthusiasm for the employees. Generally, Klipfolio helped us to be more data-driven and to visualize the data with nice graphics.

Klipfolio is a really great software solution for small companies or even larger companies not using Microsoft or other tools. Klipfolio offers very nice visualizations and it's easy for most users that are experienced with Excel to set up the BI dashboards. If you are not skilled in Excel this could be difficult to get started with.

We used Klipfolio to create dashboards and visualizations over the marketing campaign data that we get from from Google Analytics. It was easy to use, intuitive and we were able to create good-looking dashboard in a short span of time and the business users are happy with the dashboard and the decision to go with Klipfolio.

Dashboard Customizations to suit the needs of business users
Limited API settings
Development time could be better since some features which are available out of the box in other tools needs time and effort to replicate here

It is simple and easy to connect to data and create dashboards which look good. Do not recommend for scenarios where high customizations are required. There is a steep learning curve but once you get around the initial learning phase, you can get the most out of it. Mobile app support is good and we plan to develop more dashboards using Klipfolio in future.

I used Klipfolio while I was exploring a reporting platform for my freelance service. I used it for reporting back to clients on their website traffic and PPC and Social Media Marketing performance on a live dashboard that they could access at any time they needed the information or insight.
