What is Klippa?
Klippa is a cloud-based accounting solution that helps small to large enterprises manage expenses and process digital receipts or invoices. It comes with a centralized dashboard, which enables users to gain insights into the business expenses of employees or projects using actionable metrics and generate real-time reports.
Klippa allows organizations to automatically detect fraud in financial transactions and approve/reject expenses submitted by employees, streamlining business operations. Users can utilize the optical character recognition (OCR) module to extract data from uploaded documents and eliminate manual data entry across processes. Additionally, it lets employees categorize expenses into multiple folders using labels and export data in various formats such as PDF, XLSX, UBL and CSV.
Klippa facilitates integration with several third-party applications such as Xero, Sage, Microsoft dynamics 365, Exact Online, and Asperion. Pricing is available on annual subscriptions and support is extended via phone, email, documentation and other online measures.
