We use KnowBe4 Compliance Plus to provide content for our mandatory Anti-Bribery and Corruption and Discrimination and Harassment compliance training. The challenge for this library was finding quality content for these two important compliance areas at the right price, and we addressed both. As well as meeting the compliance requirements for the whole company, the library also offered opportunities for use to provide targeted campaigns for specific groups with the selection of short videos on focus elements. Plus, it provides development for individuals on specific areas of concern.

Pros

High quality production short videos.
The short video series have an element of humor which makes them very watchable.
The download manager to get the SCORM files to import into our LMS is easy to use.

Cons

Having compliance content that is more global less US centric.
The branded content tool has mis-functioned for us and the issue is taking sometime.

We utilize KnowBe4 for cybersecurity awareness across our organization. Our cybersecurity team can send phishing-attempt email simulations to test users' current knowledge, and, if remediation is needed, it can be provided as well. It is very easy to track the training and check your progress on unfinished training. They even have a library of series you can watch outside your scheduled training, if you're interested.

Never had an issue with this program.

Since we deal with Federal and State government we need to be as compliant as possible. KnowBe4 Compliance Plus helps us to train employees to spot phishing emails along with insider threats, and PCI compliance. With KnowBe4 Compliance Plus we actively test and train users as to minimize our cyber risk. I also believe our cyber insurance company appreciates that we utilize KnowBe4 Compliance Plus to help minimize risk.

We use the KnowBe4 Compliance Plus tool to train and make aware of critical issues our team members on Harassment issues in the workplace. Some business pain points were to get a tool to support the Human Resource team to plan and assign harassment training modules to team members with a little team and this tool has helped greatly.
