KnowBe4 Compliance Plus

We use the KnowBe4 Compliance Plus tool to train and make aware of critical issues our team members on Harassment issues in the workplace. Some business pain points were to get a tool to support the Human Resource team to plan and assign harassment training modules to team members with a little team and this tool has helped greatly.

HIPAA and GDPR are 2 legislative and data privacy laws that are applicable to us and this tool has helped greatly with its over 1,000 modules covering various laws, ethics, data protection, and DEI. Also, the tool integrates with our company's policies and procedures and also affords the ability to create/upload own content modules and brand training.

Easy integration and pricing affordability or coming at a bargain compared to having a different tool for the compliance as done in the past. Saves us some money. The IT team or tool admin tasks or has been limited to just one tool with more time saved for other responsibilities.
