Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Compliance Plus

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Since we deal with Federal and State government we need to be as compliant as possible. KnowBe4 Compliance Plus helps us to train employees to spot phishing emails along with insider threats, and PCI compliance. With KnowBe4 Compliance Plus we actively test and train users as to minimize our cyber risk. I also believe our cyber insurance company appreciates that we utilize KnowBe4 Compliance Plus to help minimize risk.

Return on Investment

As far as we can tell we have not had a breach since using KnowBe4 Compliance Plus
End user Client devices have not become infected since starting with KnowBe4 Compliance Plus.
Users have appreciated the knowledge that they have received and taken into their personal computing life

Legislative Requirements

As stated previously since we deal with government entities we need to be compliant with PCI and PII. If we do not stay compliant we risk losing our GSA contract which represents a large amount of business.

Value of Centralized Services

Ease of use no going to different platforms for different trainings everything is in one place. Progress tracking is also a big plus for us it helps us to verify that trainings have been taken in a timely manor. In addition when asked by customers we have proof that we are doing are best to stay compliant and trin our employees.

Training Contents

The training is very well thought out and engaging. It keeps the users interest and is much better than someone standing up in a conference room and speaking. The trainings and the videos are similar to real life so the users can relate to what they are watching and reading.

Usability

The product is easy to use and schedule and monitor. We do not have a compliance department in our company it is handled by IT, having KnowBe4 Compliance Plus is like having another employee or a compliance and security department without the high overhead. The platform does not take a lot to set up as far as scheduling and picking trainings to send out.

Alternatives Considered

We started with KnowBe4 Compliance Plus a few years ago after we were hit with a cyber attack. We really did not evaluate any other products but went on the advice of others that we talked to in the IT space.

Although most of are users are fairly good about spotting phishing and not sending PCI unencrypted we hire and train new people all the time and KnowBe4 Compliance Plus takes a lot of that off our small IT department freeing us up for other tasks. As bad actors evolve KnowBe4 Compliance Plus seems to keep up with new and innovative content thus keeping users aware and sharp on new tactics.
