A bot platform that you should never miss to try.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We mainly use it as a lead capturing tool and as a Routing tool (routing customers to the right URL according to the options/topic customer choose). We capture the leads from our customers and route them to the respective teams. We are planning and in the works to expand our bot usability.

Pros

  • User Interface: All you need is your bot script ready, the easy-to-use UI makes the bot building super cool and easy.
  • Auto Assign: The auto-assign feature works flawlessly. It reduces or most of the time removes the need for a chat assigning system/routing system. This feature when rightly used assigns the chat to the agents according to their workloads.
  • Integrations: Landbot has the highest amount of integrations compared to other similar tools that we use ( such as drift, MobileMonkey .etc). We mainly use Calendly, Zendesk, and Zapier.

Cons

  • Keywords Jump Feature: As a feature, it is good. But there is a scope of improvement that I see. In our Business, there are a lot of words that are similar for example Bearing/Bear ring/Bearing. So, at times the bot takes some time to find the exact keyword what the user wants and then route it accordingly. Most of the time, it does right, but at times it doesn't.

Likelihood to Recommend

Well Suited: If you are looking for a bot -
- that is easy to build, that requires no IT person
- that has competitive prices
- that has a clean and easy reporting option, which can help the data analytics.
Not Well Suited: Though it has Dialogflow integration, you cannot use it as a complete self-learning bot solution. If you are looking for a bot that is self-learning you have to go for IBM Watson assistant/Dialogflow/SAP Conversational AI.

Cool service with a visual designer for creating chat bots for landing pages

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it constantly to automatically receive requests from new leads. We set up ads on the page with the bot, then the leads answer simple questions and leave their contacts. This is a cool product with a visual constructor of all issues, many integrations, such as webhooks, Zapier, and Google Sheets. It also has integration with Google Analytics and Facebook.

  • Full customization CSS for your bots

Cons

  • Need to improve answer options with pictures
  • Ability to upload custom icons for answer buttons
  • The ability to pop up on the side like Typeform has.

Likelihood to Recommend

Great for the site embedded. Ideal for advertising traffic—conversion up to 20%. Not suitable for creating bots in instant messengers. Still, there are other more convenient services for this. Waiting for improvements, human takeover, redesign, and proactive mobile redesign.
