Overall Satisfaction with Landbot.io
We use it constantly to automatically receive requests from new leads. We set up ads on the page with the bot, then the leads answer simple questions and leave their contacts. This is a cool product with a visual constructor of all issues, many integrations, such as webhooks, Zapier, and Google Sheets. It also has integration with Google Analytics and Facebook.

- Ability to upload custom icons for answer buttons
- The ability to pop up on the side like Typeform has.
- Fast payback on advertising budget due to high conversion.
- Need a mobile application for chat operators, if the leads want to chat with a living person.
We still have services such as Activechat and Odus IO. But Landbot defeats them easily in terms of a chatbot for landings.
