Lead form submissions collected on Meta and LinkedIn do not reach a sales team on their own. Meta's Leads Center sends no instant per-lead notification, is not available in the Business Suite mobile app, and deletes instant-form lead data after 90 days. Native CRM connectors are frequently slower than advertisers expect: HubSpot's own documentation states that Facebook and LinkedIn lead sync can take up to two hours.
