They offer a Microsoft Excel Add-in that allows organizations to benefit from text analytics without any integration. Alternatively, direct integration is available to developers through Semantria’s REST API; supporting Java, .NET, PHP and more. It has text analytics, sentiment analysis, linguistic categorization, and emotion detection capabilities, as well as a modular NLP configuration tool, which helps solve a variety of problems related to text data.

Lexalytics is a Microsoft Excel text and sentiment analysis plugin for surveys and social media. With Lexalytics, I can log into my SurveyMonkey account directly in Excel and import data for analysis. I can also choose which columns of data to import so that it only parses what I want.

Sentiment Analysis tool Semantria Review
I used Semantria for my grad school for a project in mining and analyzing tweets for the Volkswagen controversy which happened at the end of 2015.
We used their Excel Plug-in to input twitter data which worked really well.
We were also looking for the sentiment of our content. Our business problem was to calculate sentiment score and do graph analysis. Semanntria did that very well.

Semantria holds its ground pretty well. Their Excel plugin works flawlessly. Apart from semantria, i have used Vivekn sentiment analysis which is just a basic text input -web based sentiment tool, giving you sentiment score and sentiment category. Semantria gives an array of analysis for its excel version. The only good thing about Vivekn is its web based so can be used from a mobile device.
