Better than comcast but no match with AT&T
Rating: 6 out of 10
IncentivizedUse Cases and Deployment Scope
In my organization, we have moved to use century link services from large scale to small scale for the reason of being sometimes unreliable and consistent services. We are not using this for any large-scale server-side activities. We have limited the use of it to certain aspects for better control of the services. The mobile platform is the main scope for these services as of now.
Pros
- Small platform integration specially mobile related.
- Cost effective services.
- Great customer services.
Cons
- Handling large scale deployment and continuous services.
- Infrastructure related investment can prove very worthy.
- Integration with local tools and in house applications.
Likelihood to Recommend
It is well suited based on our experience for small-scale projects where there are not very critical production-related activities happening. It will be easy to control and handle within a small set of deployments or platforms such as mobile-related activities. I don't recommend it for large server-scale deployment because we have seen inconsistencies with the connectivity of services.
