Lumesse TalentLink (legacy)

Lumesse, or Lumesse TalentLink was a talent management suite with core functionality encompassing recruiting and applicant tracking, with additional capabilities in recruiting advertising, onboarding, and insights. Recruiting features included advertising across job boards, custom application processes for filtering candidates, and automated workflows, all on a single mobile-accessible platform.

Lumesse was acquired by Talent Management vendor Saba in November of 2018, which in turn was acquired by Cornerstone OnDemand in 2020. The Lumesse TalentLink brand has obsolesced, and capabilities are now provided through the recruitment functionality found in Cornerstone's modern platform.
