Likelihood to Recommend
In a smaller organization, the tool is extremely valuable. I didn't used to have tools for patch management, software audits and ransomware rollback -- but since I became a ThreatDown, powered by Malwarebytes (formerly Malwarebytes), customer many years ago, they added all of these features. In a larger company -- especially in 2024 -- perhaps you have dedicated tools such as InTune to help with some of this. But even with dedicated tools, I don't feel comfortable with just Windows Defender or WebRoot or (insert any standard anti-virus solution name here). ThreatDown, powered by Malwarebytes, consistently finds and blocks items that the other don't. Adding it to my arsenal was one of the best IT purchases I've made. It's not expensive and has a breadth of useful functionality.
