I use Microsoft Copilot daily to summarize emails, draft messages, and compose replies. Additionally, I rely on it to generate images and PowerPoint slides. It integrates seamlessly with my organization’s internal file management systems, making it easy to search for and retrieve files efficiently. I also use Microsoft Copilot to write reports. Recently, I've been exploring Copilot Studio to create agents and leverage Power Automate. During Teams video conferences, I’m impressed by how effectively Microsoft Copilot summarizes live discussions and generates relevant questions for me to ask. Overall, Microsoft Copilot significantly boosts my productivity.

Copilot's ability to generate PowerPoint presentations from other documents has been a major time-saver.
Copilot seems to outperform other AI platforms in finding sources for search queries.

The quality of image generation in Microsoft Copilot could be improved. Compared to other AI platforms, Copilot's images often fall short in quality and frequently contain typos.
When generating agents and chatbots, Microsoft Copilot currently doesn't appear to support file download functionality.
The email reply function is useful, but the responses can sometimes be overly elaborate. It would be helpful to have more options for adjusting the tone.

At work, it often feels like we’re being asked to do more with less. With Microsoft Copilot, I have a somewhat reliable assistant — though I still need to check its work for accuracy. Even so, it alleviates some of my work stress and helps boost my productivity.
Copilot Studio helps me be more creative by allowing me to envision processes that enhance my efficiency and effectiveness. It opens up possibilities I hadn’t considered before.
To achieve a good ROI with Copilot, I believe it needs to be used for more than just drafting emails or checking for typos. Leveraging advanced features like Power Automate can be a game changer for boosting organizational productivity.

We have had Microsoft's AI assistant called Copilot for about a year or so. I usually use Copilot to formulate email responses to authors and suppliers to save time, so that I can focus on other high priority tasks. This has helped enhance my productivity. Copilot also helps me to analyze sales data on Excel. I can just use basic prompts in the Copilot chat interface and it'll help me filter out the data I want. I can also use to create PivotTables and PivotCharts, as well as identify trends and outliers in the data.

Copilot is excellent at formulating responses to emails that I receive from authors and customers.
Copilot is extremely useful while working on Excel. You don't need to remember formulas in Excel. Just write a prompt and tell Copilot what you want to do with the data, and it will give you the exact formula to use.
Copilot is also great at editing any content I need to review. All I have to do is copy paste the content in the prompt bar and ask copilot to check for grammatical errors in the content and gives an immediate response highlighting all the errors.

Like all other AI systems, Copilot suffers from hallucinations. You have to be very careful with the output it generates. It could be completely wrong. It needs to be checked and rechecked to see if it is correct.
Copilot sometimes struggles to formulate accurate responses to complex queries. It will either provide an incomplete response or generate a response that would be completely wrong.
Right now, I am unable to customize Copilot for my specific needs. Hopefully, in future versions of the AI, this will be taken care of.

Copilot has had a huge positive impact on my productivity. My job requires a lot of author and customer interaction, so since I use Copilot, I dont need to spend hours in my workday answering emails.
Copilot has also helped with my data analysis skills. I use the data analysis to create proposals and I have noticed a significant increase in project approvals after I have started using Copilot.
One of the business objectives of my company is to create high quality education resources. Since Copilot is integrated across platforms and departments in all office locations across the world, it has helped streamline operations in my company. This has definitely supported in achieving this objective.

I am currently a UI UX Designer Senior in an international company, I use Bing Copilot almost everyday, to find the answers to certain doubts that I may have during the day, and also to generate images for my designs, generate tables related to ux research, create user personas, and find out information about an specific company or service, this has been a truly life changer!
