Use Cases and Deployment Scope

NapoleonCat is the suite of applications we use to conquer competitors on social media by providing our marketing team everything we need to engage customers and serve them effectively on various platforms. The analytics data from social media profiles helps the team track and measure the effectiveness of the marketing initiatives.

NapoleonCat is also being used to schedule and post content on multiple social media platforms.

  • I had a problem with navigating the system but I got used to it
  • The tool is easy to use and works well so there is nothing much to dislike

It is most effective in tracking the marketing efforts of competitors and gathering of information from social media platforms that is turned into actionable knowledge. NapoleonCat upgrades how we serve our customers and by automating social media marketing processes, time is saved so that teams can concentrate on other strategic tasks.

Was looking for a tool to manage social inbox across a range of social media platforms.

  • N/A

Cons

  • "Free Trial" functionality will actually charge users straight away depending on the trial button clicked
  • Changes to plan during a billing cycle are not refunded or credited in any way, including attempting to un-do the change. (So moving down and up again between plans, even if both actions occur within seconds of each other, results in getting charged twice...)

We used NapoleanCat because it offered the ability to search for two posts containing two specific hashtags to manage a user engagement contest. A feature not allowed in the native Instagram interface.

Likelihood to Recommend

Great for managing social media campaigns, specifically involving multiple hashtags. Few to zero competitors offer this. That's kind of a niche use, which is why I gave it a four when asked "how likely are you to recommend it." The interface was kind of glitchy, so I might look elsewhere for managing campaigns that didn't require multiple hashtags.
