Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Notarize service to document validation digitally as well as digital signature of documents. The service currently is specifically being used by legal and finance departments' activities in my company. The solution permits that documents are validate online or via conference call preventing the need of in person meetings and that alone is a huge benefit and time saver.

During the pandemic, as we increasingly worked from home, we realized that we needed access to an easier and more expedient way to notarize important documents. We started using this software and have been extremely happy with its ease of use and suite of services. The platform is easy to use, trustworthy, and the service team there is top-notch and extremely professional and responsive.
