Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Notarize service to document validation digitally as well as digital signature of documents. The service currently is specifically being used by legal and finance departments' activities in my company. The solution permits that documents are validate online or via conference call preventing the need of in person meetings and that alone is a huge benefit and time saver.

As mentioned, Notarize is very reliable and handy on online document validation and electronic signatures. The offered possibility of having an actual person on the other side to validate important documentation is a huge differential in my opinion. Plus it does also offers the security technology behind that to give you peace of mind.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use notarize so that clients can sign legal paperwork for their mortgage
closing documents since our company is 100% online and we do our
closings virtually. In the era of Covid and remote work, softwares like these have become an essential tool.

Pros

Ability to virtually sign/notarize documents.
User friendly platform
Ability to email completed documents to all parties right away

Sometimes difficult for customers that aren’t tech savvy to navigate

We use Notarize over other softwares because there is a notary available 24/7 so it’s up to the customer when they want to sign their documents and even if it’s after hours for our business, things can get done! As a startup, this kind of support is essential to our success.

During the pandemic, as we increasingly worked from home, we realized that we needed access to an easier and more expedient way to notarize important documents. We started using this software and have been extremely happy with its ease of use and suite of services. The platform is easy to use, trustworthy, and the service team there is top-notch and extremely professional and responsive.

We have experienced a glitch or two on the mobile (iOS) app version but otherwise very reliable platform

We are a very small business and a nonprofit at that so being mindful of overhead costs is essential to our functioning and longevity. I would recommend Notarize for any small business that is unlikely to have a notary public in house or needs to be mindful of the time and human capital needed to constantly be traveling in person to notarize documents. With Notarize, we have been able to find a cost-effective method without losing any of the high-level quality we require. Furthermore, because we often work from home in many different time zones, we don't have to worry any longer about getting to a notary within the traditional 9a-5p business day and can get documents notarized in the times that work best for our schedules.
