Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We use Numeric to track monthly closes as well as finance month-end processes. The product is great for the finance team to gain insight into the closing process so we know when our dependent workflows will be able to get started. It's helpful to document workflows and follow along as things get done.
Pros
- Makes the organization of tasks super easy to monitor both others and myself
- Flux analysis helps prepare our variance to see where accounts may have had changes we want to highlight
- Is extremely user friendly to update lists and documentation
Cons
- There are no areas to improve that I can think of. The team is always responsive and really open to my feedback and ideas which I love.

- Tagging people for tasks is perfect; this helps to see who is responsible for what and how they are tracking
- Flux analysis is super helpful for seeing differences MoM
- Overall tracking task completion and allowing annotation with comments and links helps make it a centralized source for many financial workflows
