Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We use OfficeSpace Software as a way-finding tool, for a space reservation tool and an on-demand work ticketing solution.
Way-finding is primarily used for the several-hundred associates and guests to find their way around our dozens of floors.
Space reservation allows us to used shared desking models where associates can book a seat on any floor, at any site. The function is also tied seamlessly to Outlook for conference room booking.
The on-demand ticketing allows facilities and EHS techs to respond to work requests and report on success metrics.

Cons
- I would like to see on-demand ticketing designed for a multi party hand off system that ties to a standardized process flow.
- I would like an improved interface on mobile generally but especially for move manager and request manger.
Likelihood to Recommend
Well suited for on-demand work. By encouraging all requests to originate with the OS system you can track both the quantity of work mperformed as well as performance against SLAs.
