Oracle has been active from the start. Our rep, Dave, really saw our projects valve, and owned it throughout the entire process. Support has always been at the ready. There will always be issues in a application that is as complicated as ours, but Oracle's Staff has been there, and found a solution as quickly as possible. We made a choice to work with one and only one cloud provider. Our application has a database as its heart. Oracle has no equal in the relational database market. because of that we use not only Oracle's relational data base but all of the Oracle products our application needs. This allows us to make one call to handle issues that will arise. Oracle's ability to have unlimited resources to work through issues in my option is second to none.

Oracles Cloud is endlessly variable, and endlessly expandable.
These are qualities that we needed in our platform. Oracle's Name in business was also an important aspect of our decision.
The most important "like" is the support. Oracle Backs up its cloud with a technical expertise that I believe is second to none.

Planned maintenance. Oracle has certain days it schedules maintenance. We have been speaking with Oracle executives about the inability to schedule maintenance on days that are custom to the client.

For ROI, my advice would be to stay the course. It will take longer than you think and cost more than you expect.
