I am using NGINX Plus as a livestreaming distribution model with publisher, worker and load balancer nodes.<br><br>We needed to deliver video content to all users in our organization.

  • The Instance Manager setup is not that simple and would love to have it simplified (all required modules in that one single rpm file)
  • that adaptive bitrate is automatically configured
  • that easier telemetry and analytics can be done
Likelihood to Recommend
I think that NGINX Plus could be used in place of a hardware load balancer and it would be light weight and easier to configure than a hardware based load balancer but in terms of usability a GUI for said load balancer would definitely help in setting up

We are Using NGINX Plus for applications load balance, application performances. Most use cases are HTTP/s load balancing and TCP load balancing. We are satisfied with the product as of now. We are expanding our use cases with Nginx Plus by using NGINX Plus as a CDN. That is one of the main reason I am on this App World event. I found an event helpful and get familiar with F5 other product. Thanks!
