Oriana Low-Code Platform

Oriana is a modular low-code platform purpose-built for enterprise back-office workflow automation. It gives operations, HR, procurement, legal, and IT teams a unified system to replace manual processes, spreadsheets, and email chains with governed, traceable digital workflows.

Core functional modules include:

• Contract Management — template-based drafting, approval workflows, version control, digital signatures, and automated expiry notifications
• Procurement Management — purchase requisitions, supplier qualification, tender management, and order tracking
• Document & Filing Management — centralized document storage with metadata-based search and structured registry
• HR Suite — employee master data, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training records, and employee self-service
• Operations & Maintenance — preventive maintenance scheduling, asset lifecycle tracking, digital SOPs, and field service coordination
• IT & Customer Service Management — incident management, access rights workflows, contact center support, and customer lifecycle management

The platform's development environment (Oriana Studio) enables in-house configuration of screens, workflows, and integrations through a visual, drag-and-drop interface — no deep coding required. Integration with existing enterprise systems (ERP, AD, third-party services) is supported via WebAPI, REST/SOAP, message queues, and file transfer.

Deployment: on-premises (Microsoft SQL Server, IIS) or Microsoft Azure, with full high-availability architecture. All actions are logged with immutable audit trails.
