What is Overloop?

Overloop is a sales prospecting platform that automates outbound workflows from lead sourcing through to booked meetings. Founded in 2015 in Belgium (originally as Prospect.io), Overloop has evolved from a Chrome extension for finding email addresses into a multi-channel outreach platform.

It is tailor made for our sales strategy.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Over the last two years, Prospect.io has been our primary customer relationship management system. We rely on Prospect.io to help us automate portions of our sales process, organise our sales prospect list in real time, engage our sales contacts at the right moment, and, most importantly, make smarter sales decisions. Overall, we are seeing increased numbers in terms of customer patronage and spending less time on tedious and repetitive sales activities thanks to Prospect.io.

Cons

  • When it comes to third-party business intelligence and sales solutions that we use in the workplace , Prospect.io greatly struggles with integration provisions.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Prospect.io for scraping emails from LinkedIn and creating drip campaigns. It's really easy to use and pretty accurate for our use on LinkedIn. They have a Chrome plugin that works great! It's a game changer for us with prospecting and acquiring new business.

Pros

  • Scraping emails - great Google Chrome plugin that doesn't get the email address all the time, but it's worked great for me.
  • Drip campaigns - super easy to set them up and forget about them, with follow-ups.
  • Integration with CRM - I haven't used this yet but it integrates well with all current CRMs.

Cons

  • They could work on getting emails more accurate and guessing better.
  • They could work on changing the drip campaign setup a bit to make it a little more user-friendly.
  • A mobile app would be fantastic.

Return on Investment

  • Increased revenue month over month since 4 years ago.
  • Showed others on my team how to use it and they've reaped benefits as well (sales commissions).

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our sales team uses Propsect.io to import e-mail addresses into drip marketing campaigns. We've found that uploading significant numbers of contacts as well as the tracking portion of the funnel to be very helpful. Prospect.io easily integrates into our CRM platform which makes converting qualified leads quick and easy. We appreciate that we can use the google chrome add-on to find prospects' contact info.
