Over the last two years, has been our primary customer relationship management system. We rely on to help us automate portions of our sales process, organise our sales prospect list in real time, engage our sales contacts at the right moment, and, most importantly, make smarter sales decisions. Overall, we are seeing increased numbers in terms of customer patronage and spending less time on tedious and repetitive sales activities thanks to
  • The ability to use to find and contact prospects on LinkedIn.
  • Automation of repetitive sales task.
  • Forecasting Sales .
  • When it comes to third-party business intelligence and sales solutions that we use in the workplace , greatly struggles with integration provisions.
  • Workflow automation which has obviously led to a faster sales process.

Yes is ideal for key aspects of our sales process such as repetitive workflow automation , which has enabled us to increase our sales numbers with less work. Other key sales areas where does a great job includes report analytics , contact management , feedback collection, and key productivity controls like task management , emails , note-taking etc Its major flaw is its poor integration capability for me.
