PathFactory is being used in Honewell PMT by Customer Marketing in AM/UOP/HPS business unit, it helps us track what content our customers are interested in and how much they are engaged with our content. We are unable to capture their info with Marketo form and later nurture them with right connect track.
Pros
PathFactory is easy to use and quite intuitive, it has integration with major marketing automation tools like Marketo and Salesforce.
It helps us track customer engagement and assign leads to Sales.
Reporting is also interesting.
Cons
If this could also track video content that would be great!

It is an amazing tool to get your content to work for you, you can check how much your reader is spending time on content, what they like and you can improve your content on the basis of engagement, it has capability to integrate with other MAPs for better tracking of Lead to revenue.
