Polinode

Polinode is a workforce analytics software solution from the company of the same name in Sydney, that allows users to map, visualize and analyze relationships across organizations. The software deliver insights into organizations around the world and help managers to understand their teams, resources and landscape.

Polinode features:

• Surveys - Polinode includes a fully-integrated relationship-based survey tool. Surveys are most often used for organizational network analysis, i.e. to ask questions like "Who do you work with often?".
• Networks - Data can be uploaded directly to Polinode from Excel. For example, data from emails, Yammer, Chatter, Instant Messages, Twitter, etc. Advanced users can also use specialized formats, including GEXF.
• Metrics - Calculate 20 different network metrics from within Polinode. This includes centrality, betweenness, closeness, community structure and many more. Calculated metrics can also be downloaded.
• Collaboration - The ability to share networks and surveys with others is at the core of Polinode. Since Polinode is browser-based and requires no download it's easy to add other users with fine-grained permissions.
• Export - All data in Polinode is exportable to Excel. Users can also capture networks in PNG or SVG format as well as exporting in more specialized formats, including GEXF.
