Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We use PostHog for feature flags, which ive used at prior companies as well. We are trying to be able to roll out features to a select number of people at a time. PostHog Feature Flags helps with this, as we can define feature flags, designate what % it will go out to (or specify conditions) and it just works well.
Pros
Feature Flags

Analytics
Metrics
Cons
Better local evaluation somehow
Return on Investment
not really any ROI just the ability to safely release features. It provides intangible value.
