What is Prodocom?
Prodocom is an Australian-developed multichannel business communications platform for sending, receiving, and automating SMS, MMS, email, voice, and fax communications.
The platform is designed for communications such as appointment reminders, payment notices, service updates, public notices, and member communications. It combines shared contacts, campaign automation, delivery reporting, and two-way messaging across its supported channels.

- Documents and data capture: Secure delivery of invoices and statements with online payment options, web forms, landing pages, and SMS and email surveys and polls.

Integrations
Prodocom reports integrations with more than 200 CRM and business applications, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoho, Xero, and MYOB. Webhooks send delivery and reply events to other systems. Prodocom also develops custom application programming interface (API) integrations when a prebuilt connection is unavailable.
Data Security
Prodocom states that customer data is stored in Australia on company-managed infrastructure in NEXTDC’s Sydney data centre. The platform supports two-factor authentication, permission levels, and subaccounts. According to the vendor, it undergoes IBM audits and independent penetration testing. Prodocom is registered with the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA).
Support & Pricing
An in-house Sydney team provides continuous support for campaign creation, technical configuration, integrations, and training. Customers can operate campaigns directly or use Prodocom’s professional services team for managed campaign delivery. Pricing is pay-as-you-go and based on successfully delivered messages. Prodocom states that failed sends, bounced emails, and invalid numbers are not charged and that plans do not require contracts, setup fees, per-seat licences, or fees for stored contacts.
