Recupra
What is Recupra?
Recupra is an AI patient outreach platform for healthcare clinics. It targets the revenue a front desk cannot chase: cancelled slots that go unfilled, patients who do not show, and patients who drift out of care.
How it works
Recupra runs a set of AI voice agents, each responsible for one job. The Reminder Agent confirms upcoming appointments and reschedules on the call. The Waitlist Agent detects a cancellation and phones waitlisted patients until the slot is filled. The No-Show Agent calls patients who missed a visit and rebooks them. The Reactivation Agent reaches lapsed patients. Further agents cover new patient intake, post visit follow-up, and routine admin requests.
EHR integration
Every agent reads and writes to the clinic's existing EHR, so a booking lands in the real calendar and the chart stays current. Recupra integrates natively with Healthie, and also with athenahealth, DrChrono, Tebra, AdvancedMD, and Jane.
On the call
Agents speak English and Spanish, answer patient questions, and transfer to clinic staff when a call needs a person. Each call produces a recording, a transcript, and an outcome record that staff can review.
Pricing and compliance
Pricing is outcome based. There is no platform fee and no setup fee, so a clinic pays only when an agent produces a confirmation, a booking, or a recovered visit. Prices start at $5 per confirmed appointment. Recupra is HIPAA compliant and signs a Business Associate Agreement.
