I would love to see a multi-tiered referral or reward system so that we can offer certain customer groups unique offers.
I would love a feature where you can issue a reward to a customer without them "qualifying for it".

ReferralCandy is overall a great tool that saves me time and money. Creating a referral program on your own is incredibly difficult and this tool allows for an automated system to send us an option to opt into the referral program. Their customer success team is very helpful and they're quick to get back to us when we have a question. We also love the ban feature when a customer abuses the referral program.
Our industry has very limited opportunities to advertise so we mostly survive on word of mouth. We have integrated ReferralCandy into our checkout process so that customers will see an option to recommend our company after purchase. ReferralCandy allows us to incentivize our customers' tendency share about our products and "share the love" if any of their friends end up purchasing through us.

I think they could offer more granular control when it comes to how and when customers are emailed. For instance, one option just says "Don’t worry! We automatically stop sending reminders if your customers don’t read them". I want to worry, advertising is a delicate balance of trust with your customers and I don't want to turn them off by hitting them up too much.
I have no idea if this is theoretically possible, but how they track referrals (through an external site) can be blocked by adblockers. Wish there was a more local (to our website) way to track referrals.
It would be nice if ReferralCandy allowed basic dictionary word selection or a "bank" of messages that are the defaults for sharing on social media so that every shared message (because what customer actually changes the default message?) isn't the same.
Likelihood to Recommend
It is hard to imagine a use case where an e-commerce store wouldn't be better served by having ReferralCandy. There might be some niche industry where customers never want to reveal that they are customers, but for the rest of us, the more word of mouth advertising we can get, the better!
