What is RippleMatch?

RippleMatch is a campus recruiting solution for full-time positions and internships that allows college student applicants to upload their resumes, and then uses algorithms to match candidates to roles, based on employer requirements. For employers, the vendor's value proposition is that Ripple can reduce time to hire by only surfacing relevant candidates, extend reach to schools across the country, and increase applicant quality.

RippleMatch has been a huge boost within the organization and in the recruitment and selection arena. Being able to create a vacancy within the platform with all the description and requirements is great. So we determine internally what will be the period in which the vacancy will be available for candidacy, and when the period ends, we have all the best candidates to start the selection processes.

RippleMatch has been a strong force across all recruiting industries. It helps us connect with candidates in a simple and practical way. Thus, we make the vacancy available and we can focus on other HR tasks while we are receiving applications. In short, he has streamlined the hiring process is simple and few steps.

  • The cost of the RM platform, I believe it can be improved, not taking away the strength of the brand, the RM is great, but the price ends up being a little above average.

  • Finding candidates and even future collaborators have greatly aided inefficient delivery and this significantly evolves our ROI.

RippleMatch has been a fantastic tool to increase our access to diverse talent across the US. We use RippleMatch for internship opportunities within our STEM fields. The partnership with RippleMatch has allowed us to create relationships with students at schools that we don't typically recruit from. We have seen increases in retention due to the usage of this tool.

  • It would be great if they had greater talent post-grad part of their platform.
