Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We used it as a full HR platform. To ask for days off, retreive tax documents, share passwords, wish each other happy birthdays, etc.

Pros

Cons

  • The UI, the homepage could be easier to navigate
  • Repetitive login procedures
  • Transparency
  • Autonomy
There are similar features but Rippling does it better.
I haven't had the need for Rippling support.

Its' a very easy to use product.
Rippling is perfect for internal password sharing, it helps gets rid of a big roadblock and helps people work autonomously.
