Use Cases and Deployment Scope
I use RocketReach to get the best contact people for the companies we want to reach out to. Usually, these are the Managing Directors, Partners, VPs or CFOs. For non-financial companies (strategic investors) I may contact the company owners or any other decision makers. I am also running the Chrome extension and sometimes find the person's email address when I open the LinkedIn profile, which is extremely helpful.

Likelihood to Recommend
RocketReach is very helpfull in cases where I only have the website or LinkedIn Page of the company I want to reach out to, but no contact information. RocketReach helps do some digging and get in touch with the target business. It does not provide any financial insight on the entity, a lot of companies do not have info of important C-Suit, but just general employees.
