Our strategy was to increase our client base in the DACH region. Due to problems recruiting, we decided to use an agency. S2M-group was recommended to us from a colleague who had used them in a previous organisation. Their scope was to generate qualified leads within new logo accounts within the DACH region. We worked closely with one of their German SDRs to do this. They also did some on demand ABM account research in our key accounts and generated a lot of valuable market insight.

They support us in building brand awareness, identifying potential customers interested in our solution, and attempting to conduct qualification evaluations with them, then pass on to us for follow-up. They will also help us understand market feedback.

cooperated with S2M to accelerate our B2B sales pipeline in SEA and China

market. S2M provides highly customized lead generation services, which is

called account-based marketing for us, and we believe it could be good

assistance and acceleration for our local sales team in different markets.

During the project, S2M helped us identify key decision makers and right

contact to expand our customer vision and make the sales process more

target-oriented and effective. S2M could provide high-quality qualification

within our target scope when they successfully reached out to customers and

consequently ensure success in sales and marketing.

will be a good addition to our existing sales team. During the project, S2M

worked with us as a partner. They target specific customers for us through

customer based marketing to increase awareness and determine interest in our

solutions, and convert them into qualified potential customers.

S2M will share with us all market

intelligence they have obtained through potential customer development through

detailed reports and coordination calls. They answered all the questions

quickly and clearly. If the problem of achieving the goal is caused by market

satisfaction or other reasons beyond their control, they will share this and

change their strategy to see how to achieve the goal.

also expanded the services to other markets in Europe and North America having S2M as a strong strategic partner. S2M also does account-based marketing as we have multiple solutions, we target large accounts with strong international

presence, and reach out to multiple industries. Overall both our marketing and sales team are quite satisfied with their account based lead generation services that has led to pipeline growth. Every year our relation is getting stronger with S2M. Overall, they assist us in business expansion, lead generation, building sales pipeline, running campaigns, launching new

NICE Ltd. hired S2M to accelerate our Sales Pipeline Growth in Europe and Asia. As part of the DACH Sales team, I have been supproted by S2M since 2020. S2M is targeting specific accounts using an account-based-marketing approach to create brand awareness, generate leads and deliver qualified sales meetings to myself and my team. S2M is providing a team of skilled sales representatives who keep us updated on their work on progress through continuous reporting. EVery lead they deliver is precisely qualified and they provide detailed information so that the NICE sales teams have all necessary information to take over the qualified opportunities. S2M is continuously able to provide opportunities which have led to closed deals.

They put in a lot effort to understand your solution, processes, plans, and dedicate themselves to be in line with your strategy. They have been perfectly able to understand our identity and the way we want to be seen by our customers, and have subsequently put in practice. Based on the leads generated by S2M and the feedback from customers we have gained thanks to them, I can conclude that S2M has represented an accurate image of us already when touching base with them for the very first time.
