Use Cases and Deployment Scope

SalesRabbit is one of the best products in market to automate sales & marketing processes. It helps to manage contacts & accounts on one interface. Plus helps us in doing follow-ups by giving timely notifications. It is a cloud based product which can be accessed anywhere and can be used on any hardware whether it be mobile or laptop.

Likelihood to Recommend

It is more suited for organizations with employee strength of 500-1000. It is cost effective for both small & mid sized organizations. The integration with other software's is easy and the product in itself can be accessed from anywhere around the world. The reporting of leads generated is also very amazing.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our residential door-to-door (DTD) sales team consisted of around 100+ reps and for years had been using pen and paper in the field. There was no true way to track activity, sales made, or even have coaching conversations. We chose to go with SalesRabbit as it had the basic essentials we needed at an inexpensive price point. SalesRabbit worked on both iOS and Android devices and was simple enough for the reps to understand and start using. The transition was mostly straightforward, most of the opposition we had was reps felt using pen and paper was sufficient and didn't see how the tool would help them. It didn't take them long to see the benefits, especially how easy it was for them to visualize their territories and see all of their follow-up appointments, etc.

  • Inconsistent syncing of data from reps devices back to SalesRabbit.
  • No built in analytics or easy way to visualize data.

Likelihood to Recommend

SalesRabbit is generally a good sales tool for field sales reps, the UI is simplistic enough and the actions needed to log activity are straightforward. Creating new dispositions or custom fields is simple. We as an organization have moved away from SalesRabbit as of May 2022 to one of their competitors mainly for two reasons. The first being it took them a few years to get an analytics/dashboard platform integrated into Sales Rabbit, they have one now that is in beta that appears promising. The second reason was too many inconsistencies with reps' data not syncing timely back to SalesRabbit or not at all. Reps are always looking for immediate satisfaction meaning if they mark a home as a sale they want to see it show up on the leaderboard within minutes not hours.

Its easy to use in mobile / ipad, the pricing is reasonable and its a very good option for middle high company. It very userfull Sales Dev Representative / inside sales who most of time doing outbound prospect

SalesRabbit is very suitable for SDR / Inside sales who mainly doing outbound call / prospects. the features can be a la carte but also can be pick as a whole apps features, based on the budget. from contacts management , call, task and meeting arrangement, they can also predict which prospect we must focus on in terms of deals probability
