ShotFlow

ShotFlow is an Enterprise Studio Management platform, connecting brands and studios seamlessly to create visual content at scale. Its goal is to simplify the process of creating new visual content for delivery to all touch points, while enabling creatives to focus on creative work instead of managing spreadsheets and chasing data.

It is presented as a master data repository application (“app”) encompassing all visual content production activity for an individual brand, configured to that brand's unique production data architecture, KPIs, and business rules to automate processes and minimize (or eliminate) manual data entry. It is designed to provide a central hub for Enterprise Studio Management across all studio operations (including in-house and external partners).

Basic features include:

• Connectivity to all key data sources in the business, effectively eliminating manual data entry
• Managing of work down to the individual shot level, vastly increasing accuracy of KPIs including Cost per Shot
• Live connection to ShotFlow studio modules anywhere in the world, enabling real-time assignment and monitoring of work across both in-house and partner studios

The studio app aims to enable each production facility to work seamlessly with any number of brands, with visibility to only the samples and work assigned to that location. The studio dashboard is fully customized with real-time graphs and charts to keep the Studio Operations team updated “at a glance.”

ShotFlow includes additional modules, these are:

• Calendars - plan and manage studio activity visually across any number of brand clients
• Gear - manage and track gear and props
• Talent - manage studio talent resources and bookings
